Condé Nast Traveler readers choose 2 Niagara-on-the-Lake hotels in annual awards
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON November 15, 2010 – Two of Vintage Hotels’ luxury properties have recently been announced as some of Canada’s finest hotels in the 23rd Annual Condé Nast Readers Choice Awards. The 2010 list of Top 30 Canadian Hotels includes Queen’s Landing and Prince of Wales, both located in historic Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario.
Queen’s Landing earned the first place spot in Ontario with a score of 92 points, placing fourth overall in Canada on the list of Top 30 hotels. This marks the hotel’s second consecutive year as top Ontario hotel in the Readers’ Choice Awards. Earlier this year the hotel was also named #1 in Ontario on the prestigious Condé Nast Gold List.
The historic Prince of Wales was also chosen as one of Canada’s Top 30 Hotels, ranking fourth in the province with a score of 86.4, and 20th in the country. Prince of Wales has been honored with numerous industry accolades in the past decade.

The Condé Nast Readers Choice Awards are administered annually by worldwide travel aficionado Condé Nast Traveler. Every year since 1988, a sample of readers who are passionate about travel are selected to complete the Readers’ Choice Survey and rate their travel preferences in several categories. Over 25,000 responses were reviewed this year and evaluated based on criterion scores. A minimum number of responses are required for a candidate to be eligible for an award.
