This Canadian favourite has been nicknamed “Liquid Gold,” and a visit to this incredible festival will show you exactly why that is. This year’s festival runs from January 12 through to the 28.

What to look forward to at the 2018 Niagara Icewine Festival

If you really want to enjoy all the 2018 Icewine Festival in Niagara has to offer, a good place to start is to decide what you’re most interested in seeing, doing and tasting. To amplify your ability to do – and taste it all, we recommend purchasing the Discovery Pass online. You also can purchase the pass at participating wineries or at the Tourism offices in Niagara-on-the-Lake or Niagara Falls.

At the great price of $45 plus HST (or $35 for a Designated Driver’s Discovery Pass), the Discovery Pass will enable you access to more than 35 wineries along the Niagara wine route.

You will have the difficult choice of picking eight of these wineries to visit for a delicious sampling of a culinary delight and, of course, the wineries’ prized icewine. Each winery boasts different themes and every destination will explore different products of Niagara while celebrating our local chefs and artisans.
